Every athlete is unique, and their training plan should be, too. Whether your goal is to run more consistently, to nail a marathon PB, or to come back from injury, I will build you a bespoke plan.

As your coach, I'll be there to provide feedback on every session, if you need it. We'll also have a weekly catchup call to discuss progress.

Every plan includes work on strength and conditioning and running form, helping to develop more efficient running technique and reducing injury risk.

Running analysis £100

Includes:

  • One-hour in-person running analysis (subject to location)

  • Personalised development plan

  • Strength training and running form drills

Coaching (remote) £50/month

Includes:

  • Tailored weekly workouts

  • Running assessment and process-goal setting in week one

  • Strength and conditioning

  • Feedback via text for every session

  • Weekly 30-minute check-in call

In-person sessions from £30

Includes:

  • Weekly in-person, one-to-one coaching session

  • Part of a tailored development plan

  • Building on your personalised running analysis

Online introduction to strength and conditioning £80

There's no need to own lots of equipment if you want to get on top of strength training. Even if you have limited space and time, a tailored strength training plan can help reduce injury risk and improve running economy. Get in touch to book a session.

Marathon preparation

Depending on your level of experience, goals, and how much time you want to commit, marathon training blocks can last from 16 to 24 weeks, based around an 8-week mesocycle. Contact me to discuss your requirements. Marathon plans also include:

  • Running assessment

  • Feedback via text for every session

  • Weekly 30-minute check-in call

  • Strength and conditioning

  • Race preparation and planning
