As your coach, I'll be there to provide feedback on every session, if you need it. We'll also have a weekly catchup call to discuss progress.

Online introduction to strength and conditioning £80
There's no need to own lots of equipment if you want to get on top of strength training. Even if you have limited space and time, a tailored strength training plan can help reduce injury risk and improve running economy. Get in touch to book a session.
Marathon preparation
Depending on your level of experience, goals, and how much time you want to commit, marathon training blocks can last from 16 to 24 weeks, based around an 8-week mesocycle. Contact me to discuss your requirements. Marathon plans also include:
